We felt that the shoes should be made from leather that could be worn more casually but still properly, so we had a new, original calf leather created by a tanner in Himeji.
Instead of the chrome tanning pigments commonly seen on the market, this calf leather is made using traditional tannin tanning and finished with dyes, allowing you to truly enjoy the original texture of the leather.
It is difficult to achieve a deep black color using this method, so we have been researching it for a long time.
This will be BROTHER BRIDGE's standard leather from now on!

Brother Bridge's penny loafers "Harry" are made of Brother Bridge's original vintage calf leather and are comfortable to wear.
