After that, a discharge printing technique called \"chaku nuki print\" is used, where a discharge agent is applied with a cylinder to remove the color, and then beige-colored discharge print is applied.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBecause beige is applied to the white discharged heart pattern, the hearts have a slightly blurred outline.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile you can find vintage wabash fabrics with blurred outlines, over time, the edges and outlines of such printing plates become less sharp, and eventually, the plate needs to be replaced.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor the custom-made wabash fabric from TCB, if the outlines of the hearts and paws were too sharp, it might appear a bit too flashy. I am nothing but grateful to Sanyo Senko for being able to recreate it using the same method even now.
